FROM HOME – €3.99

You can return any item purchased at zapatospastor.com, within a period of fifteen business days from its receipt, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons (art. 44 LOCM).
To do this, you must do it in the same state in which you received it, that is:

- In its original condition, tags included
- Unworn
- In its original packaging and box.

Upon arrival at our warehouses, the merchandise will be checked and if everything is correct, the payment will be made.

The return delivery note, in which your data and those of zapatospastor.com appear, will have the function of a withdrawal document for the purposes of the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Law.

zapatospastor.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established period, or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. We inform you that between 10 and 15 days may pass from the time you make the return until the payment is made.

Remember that the refund of your money will be made by the same means that you made the payment. If you have any incident or question related to your return, you can contact our Customer Service Department .

The amount will be refunded, under the terms established in RDL 1/2007, using the same means of payment that you used to place the order. The direct costs corresponding to the return will be applied, if applicable.

For changes from home, a return and a new order will have to be made in any case.
